I thought you'd snapped a pic of a "Boba Fett" look alike who dropped his bag. Never know what you'll find in the city.
Is it just me or is every square millimeter of this guy covered except for his left hand? You'd think a left hand would be important to a bomb squad guy.
You are gonna start having great stories, man. Living around that many people in close proximity should give you a whole new perspective on people-watching. :-)
