1) Major U.S. cities (and was actually going to get it to say 'DFW' instead of Fort Worth, but that one wasn't working right
2) WPB had a similar outlook as us, in the high 80's, and:
3) I was looking for non-coastal/southern cities, which are usually tropical of climate, which is great, if you live next to the ocean...but not if you're frickin' LANDLOCKED BY HUNDREDS OF MILES!!!
